Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
How do Telegram alerts work?
After you subscribe, go to Account → Telegram Alerts and click the link to connect with our Telegram bot. Once connected, you'll receive instant Telegram notifications the moment a new pick is posted — no delays, no spam, just picks when they matter most.
Are these guaranteed wins?
No. All picks are our best analysis and research, but there are no guarantees in sports betting. We track and publish all results transparently, including wins, losses, and pushes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing.
Is my payment information secure?

How do I see my picks and track results?
Log into your account and go to Dashboard → Sports. You'll see all posted picks with odds, our analysis, and result status (pending/win/loss/push). Your account also shows your running win/loss record and overall hit rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription purchases are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and won't be charged in future billing cycles. If you have a billing issue, reach out to support and we'll make it right.
What bet types do you cover?
We post picks on spreads, moneylines, over/unders, and other major bet types. Each pick includes the specific bet type, our recommended units (sizing), and our analysis. We also recommend seeking the best available lines before betting.
